"Band In The Modern World" is a documentary about a band starting from the bottom in the contemporary underground music scene in the USA. Unlinke the usual band-on-tour movies showing the band in a positive, cool sort of way, "BINMW" shows a band struggling, loosing money, arriving to shows where the promoter forgot about the show, where there was no audience because there was no promotion or no one cared. The band goes around the United States, sharing the highs and lows of a DIY booked tour in 2010.
